Ahem.... Rojak King have you heard of him? Who is the rojak king in Penang? You must look for him in Macallum Street. We were lucky to find him at the right place and park our car just next to his stall. If you love fruit salad, you must try Penang Rojak the sause is awesome.
You can see from the pictures below how the Rojak King prepared his delicious rojak for us. It looks simple enough for me to cut the fruits but definitely not preparing the rojak sauce.
Rojak King - secret sauce recipe. The sauce is very thick like eating caramel. Check out the price ranges from RM7 (Small) RM9 (Medium) to RM14 (Large). They add a lot of dried shrimp and peanuts. For take-away, rojak paste is separated from the fruits and the paste is put in the small container. Remember don't mix the fruits and sauce together if you need to bring it back home, if not will be very watery.
