Every month we will visit Siam Road Char Koay Teow, but the queue is always very long and no place to seat and no place to park our car so we always asked for take away. The best time is to go in the evening.
For first timers there are no seats or tables near the stall. You order and go opposite to the Hock Ban Hin kopitiam, order your drinks and wait. Waiting time may be half an hour or more but that night we waited for 20 minutes, lucky us. Day time Siam Road Char Koay Teow :
The fried koay teow is very tasty. Quite small portion, we always asked for BIG.
